Private lessons are for skiers seeking expertise, personal attention and a customized approach to tackle their ski goals. While group lessons are helpful, my approach addresses your specific ski style, physical limitations and offers a personal approach. It’s easier and faster to learn through private instruction. In a private lesson setting, I am able to break down your movements, explain proper technique and provide feedback to make skiing easy and fun for you. No matter what your ability level is, there is always room for more ease and fun on the slopes.
Beginner Skiers
If you are a beginner, lessons are a must. You will learn more in one day working with me than you would if tried on your own for many years. If you are an adult beginner, perhaps your significant other is an experienced skier. A private lesson is a great away to accelerate your learning curve and learn to love skiing with the one you love.
If you have moved from beginner to novice level, or perhaps taken a few years off, you may benefit from private lesson to regain confidence. Brushing up on your skills with a private lesson is always a great idea. Just a few reminders, pointers or corrections to your posture from a ski professional can make a huge difference in your skill level and the amount of fun you have.
Intermediate and First Level Experts
Many skiers get stuck at a certain level. That’s when bad habits set in. They spend years of spring breaks heading down the same blue runs. If that’s you, perhaps it’s time to make a change by trying something new and taking your skiing to the next level. Maybe you would like to try the following:
- Master the bumps
- Conquer the powder
- Overcome your fear of storm skiing
- Learning to ski trees
- Improve your short turns or ski more in the fall line
Private Ski Lessons help you address specific issues so that you can focus on your technique, overcome plateaus and reduce or even eliminate fear. Skipping lift lines is a treat as well, especially the lines on Jackson Hole’s world famous tram.
